iPhone retro
October 31, 2007

Geek Technique has achieved a modding dell'iPhone which should please every Mac Users long, loyal to the old company logo style rainbow now abandoned.
At the devices was not carried out any substantive change but simply was added colored Apple logo on the front, bottom, where the round button.
Other changes were applied to the color of the object, which is completely black, black as the PowerBook a few years ago. Overall, all this contributes to all'iPhone in question looks retro but at the same time to maintain the elegance graphics devices that often with some modding is lost in favour of a wider personalization.

Mac Classic and Printer DIY
October 30, 2007

Let remember my Mac Classic cardboard? And all the other models, PowerBook, Mac Pro, iPhone, etc.. I made? Well I believe that they have reached the maximum dell'idiozia, create them, but I realized that there are those who beat me by far.
And I mean this man, the owner of that papelcontinuo.net, at the foot of which I prostro, which has carried out a Mac Classic cardboard accompanied by a beautiful printer in black and white, also of paper.
A wonderful piece that was missing in my collection. That's why, after a brief search, I managed to climb to the instructions on how to rebuild the printer and, from tomorrow, will be accompanied to my Classic and troneggeranno together on the shelf of my room.

Leopard reaches 2 million copies sold
October 30, 2007
Apple announced today that it has reached, only five days since the release, two million copies sold of the new operating system, Leopard, counting both those sold in its online store, both those sold in its Apple Store, and in the various retailers both automatically included in all new Macs.
We must remember that the previous version of the Macintosh, Tiger (released on 30 April 2005), took two weeks to reach a similar number and, considering that this goal was already a success, two million in five days are really many.

More template for Leopard Mail
October 30, 2007

One of the most beautiful things in the new version of Mail.app, included in Leopard, is the ability to create Mail HTML template provided by Apple, included in the program. As you can imagine in Cupertino are committed not just to achieve and what we have produced graphics are wonderful, that persons who were received by email can not fail to appreciate (a little 'as when you create a document with the beautiful themes Pages).
However, it may happen that, after a while ', there stufiate of these templates, which now know well, and they want others, new, that you have never used before. In this case could then return to the Stationary Pack powered by Equinux, which gives you the opportunity to access new 100 template, each for every occasion. Unfortunately everything is not free but it costs 24 U.S. dollars, which is not little.

New Mac Book November?
October 29, 2007

According to the known site Think Secrets Apple had plans to introduce within the first half of November, if not before, the new Mac Book, which receive no changes since 15 May.
The update would be a simple upgrade to the processor that could adopt the architecture Santa Rosa, who already have the Mac Book Pro beginning of the year.
There should be no change instead chart, even though weeks ago vociferava the possibility that the Mac Book adopt the style aluminum that now characterizes every Apple product. I personally would prefer if this model remained white as now, as it is the latest range of Apple computers remained with that style that, until recently, was characteristic of each product of apple.
The site also reveals that, according to his sources, there will be no other upgrade the hardware of other products of the apple before the end of winter holidays.

Leopard VS Vista
October 28, 2007

Engadget has created an interesting table in which makes comparison with Leopard Vista. The two operating systems are compared in different aspects and the second different characteristics and, for each of these are listed the functions of the various OS that meet. For example, the instant search function in Apple is met by Spotligh while in Vista, Instant Search and Search Folders.
In addition, the various functions are colored in red or green, depending on whether they are best in either operating system. The final score is 41 for 45 for Vista and Leopard. As a little, but our Leopard won. He was granted ![]()

It was Leopard
October 28, 2007
Just a short post to bring envy to all who Leopard still do not have or are undecided whether to take it or not: from 5 yesterday on the PowerBook G4 of him who writes runs perfectly Apple's new OS. The update, Tiger, was rather long (an hour and 15 minutes) and the first launch was worthy of Windows, but after this, everything is very smooth yarn and I think that overall everything is still faster than first and the fact should not be underestimated, given that my Mac is certainly not the last products.
Since yesterday I'm playing a little 'with the applications included nell'OS and I have not found any particular problem, it' linked to these ne 'linked to third-party software. The only application that has given me problems is Adium, which seems not to want to work side by MSN (I was forced to use Microsoft Messenger
) And my external HD, which is not recognized by the system (which is why I have not yet had the opportunity to try Time Machine).
In short, if there will be no need, more info ![]()

Problems with WP
October 28, 2007
I have a problem with Wordpress (the blogging platform on which basa this blog) from now more than a week and, since I do not understand in any way how to fix it, I decided to try in this post to ask you whether the answer, if by chance you can give me suggestions.
In short I was reported by email that every time one leaves a comment to a post, after publishing it, is postponed to a blank page (this), totally empty (despite still being published remarks on the network). The same happens when I do click on the button Publish page drawing of a post, or even when a person tries to visit an article coming from OKNotizie (click here for an example).
The same problem occurs, sometimes, in the feed of the blog.
What is more, there are other minor problems, such as the fact of not being able to edit widgets Sidebar (when you click on the box do not appear as it should) ol'assenza, the editor post, the command advanced for the drafting of texts (enter link, grasseto, insert an image, return of its text, in short, we understood). Of these can do without (I just use the code) but was much more comfortable when worked
If you can give me a hand, or between comments, or email, or via AIM, there I shall be very grateful ![]()
